Pine Ridge Mountain Resort over Lake Windermere is a 700-unit Resort Community located within the boundaries of the District of Invermere. This unique location, being developed in the playground of Invermere, BC, offers residents and guests so much more! There is almost perfect weather to enjoy Great Golf, Water Sports on Lake Windermere, or winter Snow Skiing at Panorama.

This popular destination resort is being developed to offer 2 choices for living in a Resort atmosphere:

  • Affordable fully-serviced Cottage and View lots;
  • Craftsman Alpine Townhomes with 3 bedrooms, fireplace, rustic or contemporary finishing and double underground parking.

An optional professionally managed rental pool is also available on a percentage of the Townhomes. This great program helps to offset debit servicing and other costs associated with a second home.

Walk to shopping and restaurants in Invermere.  Enjoy boat storage in the Boat Cochere, a Resort Center, and a mature Douglas Fir Forest - all provide the perfect atmosphere for your 'home away from home."

The time of your life ....

  • Master planned Resort Community
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Green community
  • Up to 40% green spaces
  • Resort Center with first class fitness facility, recreation centre, beach volleyball and tennis courts, pool, hot tubs boat storage cochere and more!

The community borders the Toby Creek escarpment to the north and Pine Ridge Drive to the east. The developer, The Statesman Group, has zoning approval to develop 700 residential units over approximately 7 to 10 years.  At build-out the resort will feature 300 single family cottage and view lots, a mix of 400 multi-family townhomes and villas. A resort centre with a seasonal event coordinator, full time concierge staff, full time management and maintenance staff.

The community will be built in accordance with nature by maintaining as much of the native trees and landscape as possible using Alpine architecture, an extensive pathway network that is accessible by the public and by implementing xeriscape landscaping, no fencing and mandatory low-flow plumbing technology.

An optional rental pool will be offered to the owners of the town homes. The developer intends to manage this optional rental pool and to remain as a full-time business resident in Invermere and the Columbia Valley.
