Stage I - Phase II - General Information

Phase II at Pine Ridge Mountain Resort will feature a total of 50 single family cottage lots and approximately 60 townhouses.  The lots will be broken down into two releases. 

The first 40 lots feature a variety of exposures, walkouts, some backing onto natural reserves and an average size of just under 8,000 square feet. 

The second release will feature 10 "RIDGE" lots backing onto Toby Creek with an average size of just under 1/4 acre each.  This release is slated for the Fall of 2008 with the first 40 having been released in the Spring of 2008.

Our townhome product will mirror Phase I (The Chalets of Canyon View) with up to 60 duplex-style townhomes featuring rustic stone and Hardie Plank siding, 1600 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 9 ft main floor ceilings and double underground parking.  Our Phase II Towhomes are slated for release in 2009.
